Iylus Return Policy

If you have received a wrong/damaged device or your order does not contain what you asked for or you are not satisfied with the product(s) you have received, Iylus is happy to consider and process your return request. It is, however, important to consider the following when requesting a return.

  • You can return all the Iylus products, including Iylus Black (Gateway) and peripheral devices ("Devices"), within 10 days of purchase date. By returning the devices within 10 days of purchase, you will be eligible to a complete refund.

  • The Yearly Rapid Response Plan can be cancelled to receive complete refund within 14 days of purchase date. In case of a cancellation, you may be charged a restocking fee, ranging from 15 to 25 percent of the total amount. This fee will be deducted from your return total.

  • No amount will be refunded in case the Monthly Rapid Response Plan is cancelled at any time.

  • Iylus is not responsible for paying return shipping costs (i.e. returned systems within 10 days of purchase date, returned shipments due to non-signature/acceptance, or other unexpected shipping related charges that might originate).

  • In order to return an item, please visit https://www.iylus.com/my-account/. Please have your order number and contact information ready. You will be guided through the return process. After the submission of a return request, a support representative will review your request and contact you with further instructions.

  • You are responsible for the cost to ship the item(s) back to Iylus. The return shipping cost will be deducted from your return total.

  • Once you submit to request a return, please give us 48 hours to respond.

  • Only items that have been purchased directly from Iylus, are eligible to be returned to Iylus.

  • Please ensure that the item you are returning is repackaged with all the cords, adapters, mounting plates, components, and documentation that were included when you received it to receive the refund according to the terms listed in this policy.

Wrong Device

If you received the wrong device, reach out to us within the first 10 days of receiving your order via email at support@iylus.com. We will review your order to find the right device and send you the right device at no additional cost. If you have received a wrong device, Iylus will also cover the shipping cost for you to send the wrong device back.
