Does Iylus cameras have night vision?
Yes, Iylus cameras support night vision.
Does Iylus cameras record 24/7, like CCTV?
Yes, for that you have to set up your camera in non-stop recording mode from device settings.
What is the length of the video recorded by Iylus cameras?
Iylus cameras are capable of non-stop 24/7 recordings.
What is the temperature threshold that Iylus devices support?
Temperature threshold is as follows: Indoor Camera: -10°C + 50°C Outdoor Camera: -20 C to 80 C Door Lock: Door Bell: 10℃ ~+50℃
Can the batteries in the connected devices be replaced?
Yes, You can replace the Door lock batteries by removing the battery cover from the rear panel of the door lock. Only AAA batteries are compatible with Iylus devices.
How does two-way communication work?
Open the Iylus app. Tap to the ‘Devices’ icon and the respective device you want to communicate with. Hold on to the Mic icon to record your message and release to send your message
Do i need WiFi for all of the Iylus devices?
Yes, all Iylus devices need WiFi connection to fully function.
How can I arm/disarm the system?
Simply tap on the Iylus Armed or Iylus Disarmed icon on Home Screen to arm or disarm the system.
How does your system work/ how to set it up?
Open the Iylus app. Register your Iylus account. Add device/s you want to add. System is ready to function.
