Iylus Warranty
Iylus and Safe n Smart (Pvt.) Ltd. (“Seller”) warrants your Iylus hardware (“Product(s)”), subject to certain registration requirements, against material defects in materials and workmanship to the original end user purchaser (the “Warranty”). Iylus Black (Gateway) and all the peripheral devices ("Device(s)") will be covered for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase (“Warranty Period”). Except where prohibited by applicable law, the Warranty is nontransferable and is limited to the original purchaser. The Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary under local laws.
This Warranty does not apply to any Product misused, abused, altered, or used other than as approved in writing by Seller, as determined by Seller’s inspection of the Product. Other limitations on this Warranty are described in Seller’s Terms of Use. If any defect in material or workmanship occurs during the applicable warranty period in any of the Products, as determined by Seller’s inspection of the Product(s), your sole and exclusive remedy shall be as set forth in the Terms of Use.
Once your warranty claim is verified, Iylus will either repair the Product(s) using new or refurbished parts or provide you with a new or refurbished product. You will not be charged for these services.
Prior to submitting a Warranty claim, the Seller recommends you visit the support section at support.iylus.com to obtain technical assistance. To obtain Warranty service you must speak with a Seller service agent, the authorized dealer from which you purchased the Product(s), or open a service request through the Iylus website at help.iylus.com. Be prepared to describe the problem you are experiencing with the product in detail so that the Seller may best assist you.
